What you get

Six pages, written for you, built to get the call

Every rebuild covers the pages a local customer looks for before they pick up the phone, plus the setup that makes calls, texts and estimate requests easy to track.

The six pages

What the site is made of

  1. 1. Home
  2. 2. Service page one
  3. 3. Service page two
  4. 4. Service Area
  5. 5. About
  6. 6. Request an Estimate

Plus a thank-you page and the privacy and terms pages.

Included in every rebuild

The setup behind the pages

  • Copy written by HDS from one 60-minute interview with you
  • A quote path on every page: call, text or a short form
  • Page titles and descriptions for Google
  • LocalBusiness schema
  • Google Business Profile aligned with the site
  • GA4 and Search Console, with calls, texts and form requests tracked
  • Redirects from your old site
  • A 30-minute handoff at launch

How it runs

Five steps, about four weeks

About 4 weeks once access and content decisions are in.

  1. 01

    Week 1

    Kickoff and interview

A short kickoff, then one 60-minute interview about your services, your towns and how jobs come in.

  2. 02

    Week 1

    Inputs due in 7 days

You send the items listed below, including registrar and Google Business Profile access.

  3. 03

    Week 2

    Copy approved

I write every page. You review it and send one consolidated set of written edits.

  4. 04

    Week 3

    Build

The site is built on the approved copy, with the quote path, schema, tracking and redirects in place.

  5. 05

    Week 4

    Review, fixes, launch

One design review round, then defect fixes, launch and your 30-minute handoff.

What you provide

Seven things from you, due in the first week

These are what keep the project on its four-week track. If something is missing, I will tell you early rather than guess.

  • Your logo
  • Your list of services
  • The towns you serve
  • License and insurance details
  • 15 or more real job photos
  • Access to your domain registrar and Google Business Profile
  • One named person who approves copy and design

Care plan

$199/month keeps the site working after launch

The care plan is required for the first six months, then it runs month to month. Extra time beyond the included edits is billed hourly.

See care plan details
  • Hosting
  • Plugin and core updates
  • Backups
  • Uptime monitoring
  • Form checks
  • 30 minutes of content edits each month (no rollover)
  • A short monthly report on calls, texts and form requests

Not included

What the rebuild does not cover

Stating it up front keeps the price fixed and the timeline honest.

  • Logo and brand work
  • Photography
  • More pages than agreed
  • Blogs
  • Online stores
  • Booking or payment systems
  • Customer portals
  • Paid ads
  • Social media posting
  • Ongoing SEO campaigns
  • Guarantees of rankings or leads

If the project stalls

If inputs or approvals stall for 14 days, the project pauses. Completed milestones are billed, nothing goes live on its own, and the work restarts when you are ready.

FAQ

Questions owners ask first

How much does it cost?

$3,500 fixed for six pages: Home, two service pages, Service Area, About and Request an Estimate, plus thank-you and legal pages. Extra service or town pages are $350 each, and an eight-page version is $4,200. The care plan is $199/month for the first six months, so the build plus six months of care is $4,694.

Why is the care plan required?

The months right after launch are when forms, tracking and listings need watching and small fixes come up. The plan covers hosting, updates, backups, uptime monitoring, form checks, 30 minutes of content edits a month and a short monthly inquiry report. After six months it is month to month.

Do you write the copy?

Yes. I write every page from one 60-minute interview with you. You get one consolidated written edit round before the build starts.

How long does it take?

About 4 weeks once access and content decisions are in. Most delays come from missing photos, access or approvals, which is why those are due in the first 7 days.

Do we need to meet in person?

No. The interview and reviews work fine by phone or video. If you are in mid-Michigan and would rather sit down in person, I can usually come to you.

Who owns the site?

You do. Your domain stays in your name, and the content and photos on the site are yours. At launch you get a 30-minute handoff covering where everything lives and how to reach it.

See your site the way a customer does
