The rebuild is $3,500 fixed for six pages, written by HDS from one 60-minute interview. Extra service or town pages are $350 each, and an eight-page version is $4,200. The $199/month care plan is required for the first six months, so the first six months total $4,694.

Six pages (Home, two service pages, Service Area, About and Request an Estimate) plus thank-you, privacy and terms pages. Copy written by HDS with one consolidated edit round, one design review round, a call, text or form quote path on every page, page titles and descriptions, LocalBusiness schema, your Google Business Profile aligned with the site, GA4 and Search Console with call, text and form tracking, redirects from your old site, and a 30-minute handoff at launch.

About four weeks once your inputs and access are in. Kickoff and the interview happen in week one, copy is approved in week two, the site is built in week three, and review, fixes and launch happen in week four.

Seven things, within 7 days of kickoff: your logo, your list of services, the towns you serve, license and insurance details, 15 or more real job photos, access to your domain registrar and Google Business Profile, and one named person who approves copy and design.

Three payments: $1,750 to schedule the project, $875 when you approve the copy, and $875 before launch. The $199/month care plan starts after launch.

You do. Once the site is live and paid in full, the completed website and your content are yours. Your domain registrar and Google Business Profile stay in your own accounts the whole time.

If inputs or approvals stall for 14 days, the project pauses. Completed milestones are billed, nothing is published on its own, and the work picks back up when you are ready.

You get a 30-minute handoff, then the care plan starts: $199/month for hosting, plugin and core updates, backups, uptime monitoring, form checks, 30 minutes of content edits each month (no rollover) and a short monthly inquiry report. It is required for the first six months after launch, then month to month.
