These terms apply to your use of heartlanddigitalstudio.com and to your interactions with Heartland Digital Studio ("HDS", "we", "us") through our website, email, Facebook Page and Instagram account. Work we do for clients is also covered by the separate proposal or agreement signed for that project, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
1. Using our website
You may browse our website and contact us for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access systems you are not authorized to use, or submit spam or harmful content through our forms or social accounts.
2. Information on this site
Content on this site, including prices, packages and examples, is provided for general information. Prices and availability can change. A quote or proposal is only binding once both sides accept it in writing.
3. Messages and replies
When you message or comment on our Facebook Page or Instagram account, we may use automated tools to sort your message and draft a reply. A person at HDS reviews every reply before it is sent. Our replies are general information and do not create a contract until a proposal or agreement is accepted.
4. Intellectual property
The design, text, graphics and logos on this site belong to HDS or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in each client agreement.
5. Third-party services
Our site and services link to or rely on third-party platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google and our hosting provider. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
6. Disclaimers
This site is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, HDS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our social accounts.
