Dumpster rental website design
Websites that keep your dumpsters booked
Dumpster customers want three answers fast: what size, what it costs and when it can be dropped off. HDS builds roll-off and hauling websites that answer them on the first screen and make the quote one tap away.

The EK Disposal redesign, page by page
EK rents roll-off dumpsters across five Mid-Michigan counties. The new site is built around the three questions every renter asks, then gets out of the way.
- 01 Pricing listed by size, with every fee spelled out
- 02 A page for each kind of job, from cleanouts to demolition
- 03 A three-step quote with a call button beside it

Who is renting
Two renters, one website
Most dumpster companies serve homeowners and contractors on the same site. They arrive with different questions, so the site answers both without making either one dig.
The homeowner
"Which size do I need for the garage?"
- Sizes explained by project, not cubic yards alone
- What can and cannot go in the container
- Driveway placement and delivery windows
- A total price before they call
The contractor
"Can you drop a 30 on site Monday?"
- Construction and demolition pages of their own
- Coverage by town and county
- Weight allowances and overage terms
- One tap to call when the schedule is tight

EK Disposal: from one page to a booked-out fleet
Counted from every quote request EK's website form sent to the owner, tests removed. Website only: phone calls, texts and other contact are not included. The owner reported that demand sold out the available fleet. The redesign shown above is now rolling out.

Can the site show my real prices?
Yes. Pricing can be shown as starting prices by size with every fee listed, or as a range with the final number confirmed after the quote. EK's redesign lists prices by size.
Can quote requests go straight to my phone or CRM?
Yes. Quote forms can email you, text alerts can be set up, and requests can be sent into a CRM or an automation like Make.com.
Do you build sites for waste haulers and junk removal companies too?
Yes. The same structure works for roll-off rental, waste hauling, junk removal and cleanout companies: service pages for each kind of job, pages for the towns you cover, clear pricing guidance and a quote request that fits how you schedule.
How much does the website cost?
The rebuild is $3,500 fixed for six pages, with copy written for you, in about four weeks. Payments are $1,750 to schedule the project, $875 at copy approval and $875 before launch. The $199/month care plan is required for the first six months, then month to month.
How long does it take?
About four weeks once your inputs and access are in: kickoff and a 60-minute interview in week one, copy approved in week two, the build in week three, and review, fixes and launch in week four.
Do you write the copy?
Yes. Every page is written by a person, based on your intake and how your customers search. You review it on the revision call before launch.
