Counseling website for veterans, service members and first responders, built around privacy, plain language and a free consultation.
The challenge
The audience is service members, veterans and first responders, many of them used to handling things on their own. The site had to feel credible to them from the first screen, speak to each profession directly, and make the first step clear: what happens, what it costs, and that it stays private.
What we built
Separate specialty pages for active duty, veterans and military retirees, firefighters, EMS, law enforcement, corrections, healthcare professionals, military families and civilians. Twelve counseling service pages, from PTSD and burnout to sleep and moral injury. A homepage that keeps the free consultation in view, walks through three simple steps, states session pricing and insurance up front, and answers common questions. Crisis and privacy notices, including the 988 line, in the footer, and an emergency notice on the contact form.
