Data Deletion Instructions
If you contacted Heartland Digital Studio through Facebook or Instagram, or used any app connected to our Facebook Page, you can have your data deleted at any time. There are two ways to do it.
1. Ask us to delete your data
- Email bmakidon@heartlanddigitalstudio.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
- Include your name and the Facebook or Instagram name you contacted us from, so we can find your records.
- We will confirm your request and delete your messages, comments and contact details from our systems within 30 days. The only exception is records we are required to keep by law, such as invoices.
2. Remove the app from your Facebook account
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy > Settings.
- Select Apps and websites.
- Find Heartland Digital and click Remove.
- To also delete anything we already received, send us the email in step 1.
