Can I get a care plan if you didn't build my site?
Yes. The care plan comes with every rebuild, and it is also available for a site someone else built.
What happens if I need more than 30 minutes of edits?
Additional time is billed at an hourly rate, so larger changes never stall waiting for next month.
Why is the care plan required for six months?
A new site is only useful if it keeps working and someone is watching what comes in. The first six months are when updates, form checks and the monthly inquiry report catch problems early. After six months the plan is month to month. A $3,500 build plus six months of care is $4,694.
